Plan 1. Link Exchange Setup Cost:
$1200.00 for 100 l link partners (reciprocal links). Link partners are added to your published directory. Each link is found, evaluated, descriptions are edited, the link is categorized and published in your directory and the site managers are invited to provide a reciprocal link by e-mail. Bounced e-mail is noted. Replies are processed and noted.
Monthly Cost
You set the budget. $.95 per potential link partner added to your directory. (Link partners are added to your published directory. Each link is found, evaluated, descriptions are edited, the link is categorized and published in your directory and the site managers are invited to provide a reciprocal link by e-mail. Bounced e-mail is noted. Replies are processed and noted.)

Contract periods are for six months. Discounts are offered for contract periods of one year or more.

The Links Exchange Program Includes:

• A categorized links directory created for your industry within five business days.

• We maintain a list of your competitors and do not send them link invites.

• We scour Yahoo and other hand made directory services to find related web sites.
• Link backs are checked and recorded monthly.
• Unresponsive prospects are systematically deleted
• Links directory updated and republished weekly if not daily as necessary.
• Web sites that refuse to post reciprocal links are maintained in the database.
• The database is regularly backed up for security.
• Each link partner directory listing is edited to reflect a proper title and description.
• Link Partner page URLs' with links back to client site are recorded in the database.
• Links that once worked but are broken are noted and E-mail is sent notifying the site owner.
• When the project is set up, all sites that currently link to your site are found and added to the directory.
• This process is repeated weekly to keep the link backs information up to date.

A links program requires an FTP connection to your web site server but only to the links directory portion of your site. The rest or our site can be protected by password and user name and cannot be accessed by our staff. If you have an existing links page, it can be used and an introduction to your new links directory. Your link directory will be addressed as follows. http://www.yourdomain.com/links/. A prominent link to your links directory must be added to the standard links on your web site or at least to your home page for the program to be successful.
